My two Picasso stories
Video shows digitally-created works inspired by specific Picasso paintings and drawings
1. The very first time I became aware of art as a child was when I saw a magazine advertisement selling art prints by Picasso and Salvador Dali. That was a rude awakening to how I had been taught to interpret seeing reality. Although my art career began with making representational oil and acrylic paintings and portraits, I now work as a collage artist, handmade and digitally.
2. I once had a very emotional phone conversation with Francois Gilot, wife of Picasso. She lived a long life and her art is amazingly good.
